Privacy Policy

Holiday Tours, Inc. ("Holiday") is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes our information gathering, use and dissemination practices for our web site. This policy does not apply to any web site to which our web site is linked, and you are encouraged to review the privacy policies for such web site before using or disclosing any information on the web site.

INFORMATION GATHERING

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from individuals who wish to browse our site. We also collect personally identifiable information in other areas of our site in which users voluntarily provide content submissions or suggestions or otherwise participate in interactive online activities. In addition, personally identifiable information may be collected as it is needed to process your requests for information. We may also collect and store statistics and other information about the online activities of our users on an individual basis or an aggregate basis.

USE OF INFORMATION GATHERED

As a general rule, Holiday will not disclose, sell or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to unaffiliated companies, except when we have your permission, as part of a possible sale of the company, or as otherwise provided below.

Holiday may use personal information to provide you with a customized experience on our site. This may include personalization services, interactive communications, online ordering and many other types of services. We may also use such information to fulfill licenses, to track compliance with our Access Terms of Service, to provide editorial feedback, for research purposes or for our own marketing and promotional purposes, and such information may be shared with our advertisers, business partners or other affiliates, as described more fully below.

Promotions that run on our site may be sponsored by companies other than Holiday, or may be co-sponsored by Holiday and another company. Some or all of your personal information that is collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor. If you do not want your information to be shared, you must not participate in the promotion. Many promotions also offer opportunities to request additional information from sponsors. By requesting additional information, you give Holiday permission to transfer your personal information to the sponsor so they can fulfill your request.

If you link from our site to any advertiser or merchant site for purchases or other interaction, the information collected by those merchants during your visit, such as your credit card number and contact information, is available to those merchants and is subject to their privacy policies. Holiday has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies, and the information practices of those advertisers, merchants, and other web sites are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Holiday may collect information on our users' demographics, interests and behavior in order to better understand and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an individual basis (personally identifiable format) and in an aggregated format that does not contain any personally identifiable information, and such information may be shared with our business partners or other affiliates in both such formats.

Holiday may also disclose information about you in special cases when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who is violating our Access Terms of Service or our Tools License Agreement, who is infringing or misappropriating our legal rights, is injuring or interfering with the property of Holiday or third parties, where there is a risk of injury to you, Holiday, or third parties, or when required by law.

The description of our use of your personally identifiable information above is not exhaustive. Particular pages or particular programs or services within our site may use your information in ways not described above. Please see the Access Terms of Use or the applicable License Agreement for each of our products and services for more detailed information about how your personal information may be used.
